Request account deletion
If you cannot access the app or have uninstalled it, email us from the address associated with your account. This button opens your email application; it does not directly delete data on our servers.

1. Delete in the app
- Open Qazaq Tarix Battle.
- Go to Profile.
- Select Delete account.
- Follow the confirmation instructions.
2. Data covered by deletion
- Account and user profile;
- Uploaded profile avatar;
- Game results, win/loss statistics, ratings, and Daily Battle history;
- Learning progress and UBT simulator results;
- Notification tokens and associated profile records.
Any special retention period due to backups or legal obligations must be explained in the actual Privacy Policy. Disabling an account is not the same as deleting it.
3. Request deletion by email
Send your request to qazaqtarix@gmail.com with the subject “Account Deletion” and specify your registered email address. Support should verify your request and reply with the status of the deletion.
